WeChat has become an essential tool not just for chatting, but for doing business with China. Business WeChat groups give entrepreneurs and professionals a real edge: exchanging experience, finding new partners, promoting products and services, and discussing the deals of the day. Just as importantly, these groups let you check the reputation of a potential partner before you commit.

Benefits of business WeChat groups

  • Find partners: connect with the people your business needs — quality inspectors, translators, warehousing, and shipping agents.
  • Promote: reach a targeted audience — on-topic offers are welcome, and paid placements are available through the admin.
  • Advice & discussion: swap knowledge and experience, and get tips from people who trade with China every day.
  • Real reviews: get honest feedback from real members of the group.

How to join a business WeChat group

  1. Add the admin on WeChat
Scan the admin’s QR code below, or search WeChat ID Registration-China.
  2. Name your group and ask for the price
Tell the admin which business group you want — Wholesale & Shipping, Brands, Invest Club or Mining — and ask for the current entry fee.
  3. Confirm payment, get your invite
Once your payment is confirmed, the admin adds you to the group.

Access to every group is paid, and fees vary by group and size — the admin always quotes the current price before you pay.

  • Ask for reviews first: always request feedback about a seller before paying anyone, to avoid scams.
  • Use the admin’s escrow service: the admin team can hold a deal in escrow for a small fee. Message the admin privately to discuss the details.
